My Background

With experience in the fields of psychology and counseling, I am developing a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus
I am Graduate of Dartmouth College, one of the nine colonial colleges chartered before the American Revolution.
I have a Law Degree from Fordham University, the third-Oldest University in New York State.
I have represented the United Nations in Africa serving in the advancement of women's issues.
I am bilingual in English and French.
I have undergone significant life changes and have successfully accomplished resilience.
I am in training to become a Certified Life Coach.
I am enrolled in the Harvard Medical School Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching Program.
I help clients overcome obstacles and accomplish goals in the short, intermediate and long term.
